Tai Chi Chuan Instruction
'Ultimate Energy', is the loose translation to invite or re-member the concepts of patience, balance (both physical and mental) and meditation. Constant motion done EXTREMELY slowly is the trademark of the Taichi practice. Taichi can be experienced both standing and seated and knows no age limits or physical restraints. I prefer to teach in the standing position, instructing you in the Yang style, long form. Therefore be prepared to stand in a relaxed stance for at least an hour. We will learn how to grasp the sparrow's tail, pick up needle from seabed and ride the tiger, amongst many other activities.
